- The RBI Grade B Minimum and Maximum age limit are as shown below along with the age relaxation for the reserved category candidates.
- Minimum age limit: 21 years
- Maximum age limit: 30 years

- RBI GRADE-B – 2024 – Educational Qualification (As on 01-07-2024)
- The candidates must possess the Minimum Educational Qualification required under RBI Grade-B – 2024 Recruitment. Go through the below table for the details.

Graduation in any discipline/Equivalent technical or professional qualification with minimum 60% marks (50% for SC/ST/PwBD applicants) or Post-Graduation in any discipline/Equivalent technical or professional qualification with minimum 55% marks (pass marks for SC/ST/PwBD applicants) in aggregate of all semesters/years.
Note: Graduation Level: Any such course from a recognised University/Institute that is taken after Class XII and is at least of 3 years’ duration/candidates possessing professional or technical qualifications which are recognised by the Government as equivalent to professional or technical graduation will be eligible for admission to the examination, subject to obtaining minimum marks prescribed above.
Post-Graduation Level: Any such course from a recognised University/Institute that is taken after Graduation and is at least of 2 years’ duration/recognised by the Government as equivalent to professional or technical Post-graduation will be eligible for admission to the examination, subject to obtaining minimum marks prescribed above. |

LEVEL OF EXAMS :
- RBI GRADE-B 2024 – Prelims Exam Pattern :
- The preliminary exam of RBI Grade B Officer 2024 is an online mode of examination having 4 sections in total.
- The total marks allotted for all the sections is 200 and the total time allotted for the completion of the Preliminary exam is 120 minutes.
- A separate time will be allotted for each test and further details will be provided with an information handout which is to be released with admit card.
- Candidates have to secure minimum marks separately for each test as well as in aggregate.
- There will be a negative marking of ¼th mark for each incorrect answer.

RBI Grade - B 2024 online application will be opened on July 25, 2024 and candidates can apply through www.rbi.org.in website
- RBI GRADE-B 2024 – Mains Exam Pattern :
- RBI Grade B Mains exam has total marks of 300.
- The mains (Phase-II) examination for RBI Grade B Officers in Gr B (DR)- General is consist of 3 papers (Paper-I + Paper-II + Paper-III).
- Candidates are required to appear for all shifts.
- Separate Admission Letters will be issued for each shift.
- The Phase-II online Examination will be conducted only for the candidates who are shortlisted based on results of Phase-I and based on the cut-off decided by the Board.
- The Phase-II examination will be in shifts. Candidates are required to appear for all shifts.

- For both Paper I and III, there will be 30 questions and 50 marks for Objective questions (some questions carrying 2 marks each and some carrying 1 mark each). In the case of Descriptive questions, 6 questions will be asked, of which candidates will be required to attempt 4 questions (2 of 15 marks each (with difficulty level) and 2 of 10 marks each). In case, the candidate answers more than 4 questions in descriptive, the first 4 shall be evaluated.
